Vitaly Plisov worked from 2000 to 2007 as artistic director and buyer in the Leform Boutique in Moscow. After arriving in Paris in 2007, he completed his experience working in the sales departement of Maison Margiela and started collaborating as consultant with his first partners: Rick Owens, U-NI-TY, Isaac Sellam and Stone Island. Since launching CreativEst, Vitaly took part in opening or rebranding of many multibrand boutiques in Moscow, Riga, Bucharest, Kiev, Krasnodar, Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk and other cities.

CreativEst, the company established in 2008 in Paris by Vitaly Plisov, is a recognized expert in fashion business, an experienced consultant in image and distribution and an official representative of various international designers in Eastern European and Asian countries. Our mission is to introduce and develop their brands in these regions representing them in the most adapted stores and to help the last ones in improving their sell-out. We also act as a regional manager and administrator for the brands we work with. Our regional partners are more than 150 best multibrand boutiques and department stores — stores of this area, among which : Tsum, Leform, Raionul 4, Sanahunt, The Icon, Daynight, Likus, Emporium Baku, Saks Fifth Avenue Almaty, Pierrot Le Fou, Weda.
During the company existence CreativEst largely contributed to a wide commercial success in EECA countries of such brands as Maison Margiela, Rick Owens, Marc Jacobs, Ilaria Nistri, Viktor&Rolf, Veronique Branquinho, KRISVANASSCHE, Vêtements, Aperlaï, Christophe Lemaire, Pierre Hardy, Gareth Pugh, Inès&Maréchal and many others.
