Creation of the image of the Store.
The individual symbols and the impact of the brand image through advertising are distinctive of a boutique representing its own unique identity, its idea and shopping philosophy. These symbols can be expressed through the name of the store, the graphic presentation of the logo or visual supports that can be created without using the names of the brands carried in the store or the seasonal tendencies. The aim of this proposal is the progressive creation of the unique image, the reputation and the influence of the trading concept. These symbols contribute towards a solid and stable perception of the store like a complexity of ideas and images that attract and appeal. In this way the communication is profitable first of all to the image of the store and not just to the brands carried in the store. This is much appreciated by the owners.
- Creation of the image according to the ideology, philosophy and contents of the store. This idea will be used in the elaboration of the logo (if it doesn't yet exist) and of the advertising visuals.
- Proposal of various possibilities for the visual supports, which will be used afterwards in advertising pages, interior and exterior posters, packaging, letterheads etc.
- Realization and proposition of the different visual supports and of the logo if necessary, several graphic possibilities of the logo to be confirmed by the customer.
- Preparation of the professional files which can be used by local printers and by other suppliers of the advertising materials.
- Continuation of creation of the visual supports for the following seasons.
- Brand portfolio: Selection of the brands, negotiations with their representatives, discussion of the terms of collaboration, setting up of the show-room appointments.
- Support during the sales campaign: Accompaniment of the customer’s representatives or buyers during the two first seasons.
- Assistance in the choice of the logistics: Optimal choosing of the logistics for the store, especially regarding the rare product groups such as: niche perfumes, jewelry, eye-glasses etc.
- Decoration of the trading space and windows: Visits during the technical and official openings in order to implement the merchandising and window displays of the new store. Creation of the thematic windows for special occasions: New Year celebrations, etc.
- Staff training on site: Merchandising, sales techniques and work on the customer database: its development and consolidation. Training elaborated for the managers to motivate and administrate the staff of the store.
- Official opening of the store: Assistance to define the operational side of the event, with the eventual implication of certain brands, assistance in its realization and creation of the press communiqué.
- Follow-up of the store’s development and upgrading of its brand portfolio during the first two seasons of the store’s activities.
